WHO WE ARE
In 2015 both the Flower Mound High School and Marcus High School teams joined to create a new organization. We are now Flower Mound / Marcus High School Ice Hockey. Our primary purpose is to promote fair play and sportsmanship while emphasizing the fundamentals of ice hockey, competition, teamwork and most of all high personal standards in young athletes during their experience.

Pricing and features for the season are listed on the attached flyer and will be posted on the website by tomorrow. Below are the links for your players to register. Players should select their home rink to register. Once the home rink is selected the clubs will be available from the drop-down list. If the club is not listed you may have selected the incorrect rink.

DSMHL Discount
Players who play in both the High School League and the DSMHL will receive a discount on their DSMHL fees. You must register for High School first. The DSMHL discount is $100 for 16U/18U and $200 for 14U.
Unaffiliated Players from Summer
NEW THIS SEASON Players that were assigned for the summer may stay with the team they played with for the fall. If they choose, they can attend the Unaffiliated Tryout on August 15th at 7:10 PM in Frisco for a New Team Assignment. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO PLAYERS WHO WERE ASSIGNED TO A TEAM FOR THE FIRST TIME THIS SUMMER AND DOES NOT APPLY TO PLAYERS WHO PLAYED IN PREVIOUS SEASONS.
Varsity-State Tournament
Because of the changes to the USAH High School National Tournament there are changes to the TAHA High School State Tournament. USAH has done away with the D1 and D2, Pure and Blended designations. TAHA will still offer multiple State Tournament Divisions but only 1 Girls team and 1 “Boys” team will represent Texas at Nationals. The Girls Team will be Team Texas unless there is another team that challenges them for the spot, in which case there would be a playoff. The “Boys” team will be the State/Playoff Champion of the AT&T MHSHL Gold Division. Schedule and format will be part of the calendar to be released next week. It will not interfere with Tier II playoffs or States. The Traditional 2A and 2B State Tournament previously held in late January will be held at the conclusion of the season in March.

- Nov 29th Best of the West High School Tournament
- February Varsity Gold Playoff State/Championship
- March 8th-9th JV and Varsity Bronze playoff weekend. All playoff rounds will be held over 2 days.
- Mar. 21-23 Tentative 2A & 2B TAHA State High School Tournament
- Mar 26-30 High School Nationals Irvine/Anaheim, CA.
